Play time at Otter Cove!
Plan Your Visit
-
A typical visit is 1-3 hours. Give yourself plenty of time to explore! Our exhibits are designed for children birth to age 11.
You can leave and come back the same day without being required to pay admission twice. Just let staff know you plan to return.
-
All children must be accompanied by an adult caregiver, age 18+. Parents/caregivers are responsible for child supervision at all times and child drop-offs are not permitted. Lack of adequate supervision may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
Please model positive behaviors and treat other visitors with kindness and respect.
-
Clean, dry shoes are required. It's a good idea to pack extra shoes and a change of clothes in case things get messy!
Cubbies are available to store items while playing. Otter Cove is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Strollers can be parked in the Stroller Parking area or can be brought into the gallery.
Coffee and water are allowed, but please make sure beverages are in sealed containers.
Feel free to pack a lunch or snack to enjoy onsite! All food needs to be consumed in the Celebration Center. Please note: Otter Cove is a peanut-free facility. Coffee and water are allowed, but please make sure they are in sealed containers.
A Comfort Room is available for nursing, but you are welcome to nurse wherever you feel comfortable.
